Replaced throttle body and performed Throttle Body alignment in Vag-Com (Resistance between pins 3 and 5 was 10 Ohms, allowed is 1 to 7) Replaced MAP sensor (was covered in oil) I am following the erWin diagnostic route for “Throttle valve control module, checking” If I then turn the ignition off and on the car will return to the first limp mode stage (RPMs about 2000) and I can sometimes get the lights to turn off using ODBeleven (when away from Vag-Com). Then after an inconsistent amount of time it will limit RPMs to about 1000 and basically force me to the shoulder. When driving both lights and code will come on, RPMs limit to about 2000, resulting in about 60mph top speed and the automatic shifting seems to have a hard time. P0221 - 000 - Implausible Signal - MIL ON I have a 2013 Passat 2.5 SE Automatic, 142834 miles.Ībout a week ago the EPC and (solid) check engine light came on. I have searched the forums, am using Vag-Com, ODBEleven, ErWin and AllDataDIY.
